Possession isn’t until Sept 30th. I’m saving like a madman so I can model my bathroom after a Wallpaper magazine photoshoot.

the issue of expansion of Highway #1 in Vancouver was below my radar until I saw a poster about it on a telephone poll on Commerical Drive. From the tone of most articles it sounds like the Government of BC is not forthcoming with much information - even the city of Vancouver is asking the Gov’t questions.
food for thought if you plan to buy property adjacent major routes through East Van: East 1st Ave, East 12th Ave and Hastings Street.
